Annual Salary: circa €49,000 per annum
12 month contract: outlook on permanent contract after 1 year

Campaign Manager – The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to help create real change for farm animals by influencing some of the largest food suppliers in Europe to improve their animal welfare standards. This is truly a unique opportunity for a passionate campaigner looking for a role in a global organisation that has an impact not only on animal welfare but also on the climate and health industry. Together, we’re campaigning to improve the lives of billions of farm animals.
Working closely with the NL Head of Programmes and a diverse Netherlands campaign team, you will play a key role in delivering one of World Animal Protection’s flagship campaigns. We work with the public and likeminded partners to move key supermarket chains to improve unsustainable farming practices.
You will be involved in planning and implementing campaign activities. This will include ensuring work is on brand, on time and within budget, as well as monitoring performance against objectives and reporting on effectiveness.
You will work with other offices to support campaign delivery and play a key role in our global virtual campaign team, helping to promote a culture of high-impact campaigning to increase our impact, influence and profile. You will also spearhead talks with like minded organisations to create partnerships that will help achieve our ask and deliver real change.

Campaign Manager – Requirements
- Highly motivated campaigner, with a proven track record of overseeing projects to deliver specific outcomes.
- Will have been involved in the design and delivery of impactful projects that have achieved tangible change.
- Experience influencing corporations to achieve change
- Effective project manager
- Strong communicator and able to constructively engage external and internal stakeholders
- First class analytical and decision-making skills
- Able and willing to travel internationally
- Capability and maturity to work remotely if needed
- Able to work in a multinational, culturally diverse team
- Evidence of creative tactic development and delivery, ideally off- and online
